We probably all heard the saying “One man’s junk, is another man’s treasure” and where do you usually find that treasure? At the flea markets and thrift shops of course! Lets talk about the top 25 flea markets across in the USA and let us see if your favorite flea markets are on this list!

People who live frugally prefer to go to flea markets than in department stores and malls. Yes they are usually second hand items but it does not mean we can’t make use of them. What people love about going to flea markets is that is not mandatory for you to pay the full price of each item. You can even ask for the seller to drop down the price and that my friends is one of the things that you can’t do in shopping malls. Get your money ready for a whole and exciting flea market around your corner!

1.) Rose Bowl Flea Market (Pasadena, California)

Schedule: Every 2nd Sunday of the month and opens at 9 in the morning
Fee: $9 per person walk up & $10 per person on line. Children less than 12 years old accompanied with adult are admitted free.
It happens every month and you are going to find a pack of variety of apparels, crafts, antiques and other good stuff. The admission price is not too high, but not necessarily cheap, but it is worth it if you ready to buy.  If you are lucky enough, you might bump into a celebrity who loves to look for unique finds at the flea market.

2.) Springfield Antique Show & Flea Market (Springfield, Ohio)

Schedule: Every 3rd Saturday & Sunday of the month
Fee: $3 per adult and children less than 16 years old are free admission
To all people who are fond of old and antique elegant things and if you live in Ohio, this is the right place for you to go. Join hundreds of buyers across the others cities from Ohio as they embark a quest and hunt for the best antique unique finds in the world of flea market. Some say that the prices are generally very high compared to other flea markets across the US but one thing is for sure, you will never go empty handed once you get there.

3.) Brimfield Antique Show (Brimfield, Massachusetts)

Schedule: 3 times each year for 6 days in May, July & September. Please note that the dates may vary yearly.
Fee: Free but not on the first day
The Brimfield Antique Show is one of the largest antique outdoor shows in the world since 1959. It happens three times every year and don’t expect the lowest of prices because their collections are very rare and hard to find. So if you are looking for those rare items from your childhood, you know where to go. It is worth the risk!

4.) Brooklyn Flea (Brooklyn, New York)

When: Every Saturday in Industrial City and every Sunday in Dumbo
Fee: Free admission
The infamous Brooklyn Flea has three locations across the beautiful concrete jungle, New York. You will definitely find a lot of rare finds from clothes, shoes, bags, furniture and much more. Now who says living in New York is expensive? Well, it is not if you prefer shopping at the flea markets than in the shopping malls.

5.) First Monday Trade Days (Canton, Texas)

When: Every 1st Monday of the month and opens Thursday up to Sunday(Please note that schedule may change because of the calendar.)
Fee: Admission is free but the parking fees are required in most areas
If you plan on going, try to go every Thursday to avoid crowds and wear the most comfortable clothes and footwear so you can shop with ease. You will be amazed with all the varieties of furniture, clothes and many more items at very low prices.

6.) Shipshewana Auction & Flea Market (Shipshewana, Indiana)

When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday
Fee: $3 to park on flea market grounds and admission is free
One of the most enjoyable flea markets which you can bring the entire family. The most popular attraction in Shipshewana is their auctions where they sell many rare items and if you are lucky enough, you may win one of those auctions. Shipshewana Auction & Flea Market is open every Tuesday and Wednesday. You will also love all the food that they are serving and the price is reasonable too.

7.) Daytona Flea Market (Daytona Beach, Florida)

When: Opens every Friday up to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm
They don’t only sell furniture and clothes, they also sell fruit. One of the flea markets with a good heart because they give hardworking farmers a chance to sell their crops. If you also have a good heart, buy some fruit from them! The Daytona Flea Market also has a show where you can see awesome and breathtaking customized motorcycles for display.

8.) Alameda Points Antique Faire (Alameda, California)

When: 1st Sunday every month
Fee: Free admission after 3 pm and free parking
Located in wonderful Alameda, California where numerous vendors are selling all their antiques in an open-air venue. If you are looking for unique finds to redecorate your entire home then this is the place to go. Make sure to go there with plenty of money and do not go home empty handed. It may take you up to 3 hours just for you to go look around the entire area of the fair.

9.) Mowers Saturday/Sunday Flea Market (Woodstock, New York)

When: Every Saturday and Sunday
Fee: Free admission
Located in beautiful Woodstock, New York. The best part of this flea market is that new items are being displayed weekly and you will definitely have a lot of choices to choose from.

10.) Long Beach Outdoor Antique & Collectible Market (Long Beach, California)

When: 3rd Sunday monthly
Fee: $7 from 6:30 am up to 2 pm and parking is free
If vintage is your taste then you should visit the Long Beach Outdoor Antique & Collectible Market because there are thousands of vendors who sell vintage clothes and vintage furniture. We all know that antiques are very expensive but if you have the patience looking for the right item that you really like, everything is worth it because of the bargain friendly prices.

11.) Randolph Street Market (Chicago, Illinois)

When: Saturday and Sunday
Fee: $10 each person and they also have different packages for tickets
At the Randolph Street Market, they require a monthly admission for flea market vendors who sell their art and jewelry. So if you are looking for a colorful item that you want to add in your colorful world, you should try visiting Randolph Street Market which is located in beautiful Chicago, Illinois. To  music lovers out there who appreciate art and music, then this definitely is the right flea market for you to visit.

12.) Austin County Flea (Austin, Texas)

When: Saturday and Sunday
Fee: Free admission and $2 parking fee
The atmosphere and ambiance is perfect for the entire family with live music and a wide variety of selections to choose from. The location is also unique but not hard to find as it can be found North side of the highway 290 in between Austin and Manor City. So if you are into a countryside kind of thing, this is worth going for.

13.) Treasure Mart (Ann Arbor, Michigan)

When: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am up to 5:30 pm
Fee: Admission is free
One of the biggest antique furniture sellers in the world where you can find some rare pieces that are made of unique materials. If you are lucky enough, you will find a treasure at this wonderful spot of antiques. If you also have furniture at home, you can also sell here, where you can sell it at the current market price.

14.) Fremont Sunday Street Market (Seattle, Washington)

When: Every Sunday
Fee: $5 per person
Glamorous festivals occur every Sunday with a weekly unique spread of clothes, tools, art, antiques and food trucks. Give it a try and experience a mini Coachella in Washington! Bring your family and friends with you and enjoy the water and restaurants everywhere. Just like a walk in the park!

15.) Raleigh Flea Market (Raleigh, North Carolina)

When: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm
Fee: Free
The Raleigh Flea Market is located in the historic state fairgrounds and it occurs every week from Saturday to Sunday. Bring your shopping to the next level and enjoy the day with live music and a lot of food everywhere. It is perfect for the entire family.

17.) 127 Corridor Sale (Cumberland Plateau, Tennessee)

123 Corridor Sale is the largest yard sale in the world with over thousands of items from over hundreds of vendors across the United States. Get ready to do a lot of walking. You may need a scooter or bicycle to see everything!

18.) Lakewood Antiques Market (Cumming, Georgia)

Most dealers give you a fair price and you will meet a lot of small business owners who go there and share their love for antiques. You will really appreciate the effort of the vendors and the approach they use to sell their products. People say that all the vendors at Lakewood Antiques Market are all friendly and very easy to approach.
