Who loves to purchase items here? Sometimes we buy things that we don’t actually need. (Ha Ha) We just love to see that particular stuff in our home, right? But hey, don’t you worry. It is not a bad thing! Actually we might need those in the future. We all know that there are tons of items in all departments in what we call “Variety Shops” or “Dollar Stores”. It is cheaper than in your local stores. This place is paradise to people who loves discounts! There is nothing to be ashamed of when we enter a dollar store. I always go there every weekend and you know, buy this, buy that. Here is our list to help you decide on what to purchase. Items that you actually need at home.
- Cleaning Supplies – This is the number one used item in our homes. Me as a mother, I always buy two of each. Just in case the other one gets broken. Right? Choose your best brand. Look for the best quality. Make sure it is durable too. When it comes to cleaning we really look up to something that can execute the cleaning well. In Dollar Stores, you can always find almost ALL the stuff that you need. Well, let us begin the hunt for our cleaning supplies!
- Party Supplies – Do you love to host parties in your wonderful home? Worry no more! Because in dollar stores, you can find party supplies there in a very low and affordable price. When hosting a party, it means that you will also be the one in charge of everything. From paper cups, paper plates, spoon, fork, and balloons! Depending on the kind of party that you will host. You don’t have to go on different stores just to find the specific item that you need.
- Seasonal Decorations – Hmmm, are you fond of decorating your home? Me as well too! Even though there is no occasion, I always wanted my home to be presentable as ever. I really don’t bother with the price as well. Especially when Christmas is almost near! There are 12 months in 1 year and each month there is what we call “Celebration” and who does not love themed decorations?
- Lasagna Noodles – This is one of the rare finds the history of buying. You can never find this in your favorite grocery store. It is rare! Lasagna noodles is always available in Dollar Stores. Well if you prefer to use lasagna noodles in your yummy lasagna then you know where to go! (Hey, try to keep some for me!)
- Stationary Supplies – Are you into crafting? Dollar Stores has almost everything that a person needs. Yes, you read it right. EVERYTHING. The price is very reasonable as well. They have rare items too. From crayons to color pencils. Name it. They got all in there.
- Plastic Swords and Maces – Unleashing the viking in you? Dollar stores has durable plastic swords and maces of your choice. It comes in different sizes too. It can be used by kids, adults and even babies! So if you are attending a what we call Viking Feast, you know where to get your best costume and swords!
- Batteries – Small home appliances needs batteries. And batteries drains fast. Why not purchase bulk or lot of batteries for a very low price? Come on, this is one of the stuff that I am talking about. The ones that we need in the future! Start buying lot of batteries to save more money.
- Kitchen Items – Yesss. My favorite purchase. Kitchen is like my second home. I love to cook. Every time I cook, I feel like I am helping the world to be happy. That is why I make sure that I got everything that I need in my kitchen. Where do I buy those? You got it right, in the dollar stores. You see we don’t need to buy expensive ones. As long as it performs well. Then you’ll be fine.
- Pregnancy Test – Are you one of the excited couples who is expecting their first child? Then buy lots of pregnancy test! You can actually save $18 per pee in dollar stores. You might not know what will work but I am pretty sure the results are accurate. That is why we need lots of it. I’ve been there too. I actually bought 4 different pregnancy test. Everything is positive with the results. So it really works. (For me!)
- Frozen Foods – If you are in a hurry and no time to cook a decent meal then frozen foods are our best friend. They are the closest to fresh foods. A simple reheat in the microwave then you are good to go. There are different kinds of frozen foods. Vegetables, fruits, name it! They are more cheaper too but it is healthy as well.
- Reading Eyeglass – Do you always misplace your reading eyeglass? Worry no more! You can actually purchase $1 each! I actually bought tons of it! One in bedroom, kitchen, car, dining area. (Lol but it’s true!) $1 each is worth it!
- Extended Tip Butane Lighter – These are light and easy to use. But this bad boy is hard to find. If you are looking for a specific brand like Crocs, then go to your nearest dollar store now!
- Medicine Supplies – We should always be prepared at all times. You will never know when the accident might occur. So guys, always fill up your first aid kit with medicine supplies. You can buy a lot in a cheaper price. It is better to be safe and prepared than never!
- Toothpaste – There are tons of different brands of toothpastes in dollar stores. You can actually buy bulk of those. But every dollars that you spend there is worth it. For example the Crest brand. It is hard to find in your local grocery stores because it is very rare. You can find one but you can’t buy it in 4 pieces for the price of two.
- Boxed Snacks – Do you love to eat sweet treats? Sour treats? Popcorn’s? Hmm I know you do because I do too! And I always buy different brand and different kinds of boxed snacks. So when I want to stay lazy and just sit in my pretty couch and watch Netflix, I will just grab one snack and boom. Hello heaven!
- Small Appliances – When I say small appliances it means buying toasters, the small ones of course. The ones that does not need delivery! Yes, you can find cheap ones but the quality is worth it. You don’t need to spend more dollars in a single item as long as the it is durable.
