Okay here is the thing, start looking for YouTube tutorials on how to do some little crafting with materials that can be found in your home and start selling your product online. Crafty finished products can be a great decoration in your home and the more colorful it is, the better!
Roommates – How big is your apartment? Did your parents give you a house but you just live there with your pet? (Okay, that is a little harsh!) But hey, I prefer living with my dogs than with humans! Anyways if you have some extra rooms in your home and nobody lived in there, you can always put them up for rent. Having roommates can be fun too but there are perks of having one. I used to live all alone with my 2 dogs and before I decide to let the guest room occupied, I used to roam around the house with my over-sized shirt and underwear because I am comfortable wearing those. Then someone rented the room and I always tend to forget that I do not live with my dogs anymore. You see allowing someone to rent your room can be a little less private but the company of the person will not be paid at all. Especially if you guys have the same interests and living with a stranger is somehow fun after all. Having your room occupied means fewer expenses for you as you are going to split the bills with them and it depends on you if you want to share food with them too. My dad told me to change jobs every 3 years if possible because the salary that you are going to get when you apply for a new job will usually depend on your experiences in all aspects of work meaning the more experience you have, the higher your salary will be annually. Being loyal to certain company is easy but the raise that they promised you is like a crow waiting to change color into white. Did you get my point? The secret of other companies is usually out when you are applying for a resignation and they usually say that “We are going to give you a promotion” or “We are going to increase your salary” but do not be deceived by those words as it is impossible to happen. Not unless you really stand out with your job. My folks always say that once you have a job, you need to dedicate to it and love what you are doing even though the higher position will not notice it but the good thing is that you contributed to the company to make them successful and richer. The secret to staying in your job longer is to love what you do and do not think of the paycheck that you receive every week or bi monthly because expectation can be rude and it is not close to reality that you expected it to be. Look for a job that you are passionate about and show them that you are really worth it for that position.
Opinions – Most of the Americans stay in one company for a minimum of 3 years and some managed to stay longer than 3 years. Do you want to know a little secret to be successful in one company? Okay here we go! The secret is to be a keen observant. Simple and easy to comply, right guys? Look around in your office and see what is missing. Once you have a solution to it, do not be afraid to speak for everyone in your office and share them your thoughts because if they like your opinion, they will praise you for it and might as well give you a raise. I don’t want to name some companies but do not apply for companies who are not willing to listen to other people’s opinion. The secret to a successful company and job is to value everybody and to listen to their thoughts and opinions to every little detail that the company lacks. I know that it is hard to raise your voice to the higher management but there is no harm in trying. Opinion is very easy to read and spell but it is a unique talent that unique people have because of their brilliant minds that they see what the higher management cannot see.
Books for students – This is intended to our readers who teach students in all year. Teaching is a passion that some people have. (How I love to teach young people!) This is one of the easy tips to have extra income guys. I know some of you do not depend on the books that the university offer and you always do your own research, right? So why not try to make a book of a specific subject but make it more readable so that our beloved students will understand and sell it on eBay and Amazon. If you don’t have enough money to sell it in hardcover, try to sell it in eBook form. You will be shocked because I know a person who sells her book online via e-book and one of the publishers loved it and started distributing her books in hardcover. You see success does not come from the tree; you need to earn it and dedicate your time to it. Writing can be fun especially if you are trying to reach out all the students who take a lot of time to understand every subject because some of them are slow learner and you are their guardian angel. Before you write your book, you need to feel how it feels to be a student who can’t catch up easily and that is your target. To make them learn easy and fast!
Buy and Sell – This is one of the common extra incomes that every American family have. Buy and sell is very easy to do and if you are frugal, you will know what to sell and where to market them. You can find a lot of flea markets and thrift shops who sell items that is below the market price but requires a little fixing. I am pretty sure that you can do a simple fixing with the item. A little piece of advice, go for clothes because they are easy to sell especially for kids and teenagers. You can actually find tons of items that you can buy and sell like old furniture, vintage furniture and shoes. Make sure to look for items that has high profit and it is sell-able as well. Know your market and know your items very well. The secret to a successful buy and sell is to give all your dedication to it and be passionate about it. Always think what the other people need and at the same time they can save when buying your item. There are a lot of platforms where you can sell your item like eBay and Craigslist. All you need is your smartphone and white background to make the picture good in quality. If you do not have time to buy and sell, why not look for old things in your home that you think can get a profit? Some people prefer donating it and even though they are not going to be paid in return, they don’t really mind at all because of the feeling that they can’t explain when you see the smile of the people to whom you are going to donate.
